Pavlovic: "There will be no fight with Volkov"

Former UFC interim heavyweight title challenger Sergey Pavlovic said he has no plans to fight Alexander Volkov despite the bout being announced by promotion head Dana White.

"There will be no fight against Sasha from my side and I think there will be a refusal from his side as well. Right now our agents have to sort everything out. We did not negotiate anything and the UFC knew from the beginning that we will fight in the event that it will be a title fight and no other way," - quoted Pavlovic "Impact News".

As a reminder, it was announced last week that Pavlovic and Volkov will share the octagon on June 22 at the UFC on ABC 6 event in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
